My name is Lisa Reardon and I am a Certified Clinical EFT Practitioner/EFT Mentor to EFT Universe/Master Practitioner in NLP and Health and Quantum EFT Practitioner. Based in Auckland, New Zealand, I work both nationally and internationally with clients across the world.
In my own life journey, I had experienced grief and sudden loss. I felt weighed down emotionally with an inner critic that relentlessly told me that “I wasn’t good enough, that I should be perfect, that I was unloved.” At times I felt invisible, that I didn’t matter. It was exhausting. I made the courageous decision to lean into the pain and fear and I learnt to let it go. I didn’t do this alone. I was fortunate to have people walk alongside me, to ask questions at the right time, and help me access the wisdom that lay inside me. Having used EFT for over 20 years, my passion is to see my clients experience emotional freedom from soul patterns and limiting beliefs that are binding them, to allow them to create a life that has real meaning and purpose, claiming their place in the world with a sense of joy and possibility.
